The fully enclosed laminated plate and frame filter machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation liquid filter developed recently, it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum environmental protection and other industries.

1 The pressure of the machine can withstand 0.5 and 0.6 Mpa without liquid leakage. Because the machine is mechanically compressed and fully closed flange connection, leakage is eliminated.

5 This machine is composed of two types of thermal insulation filter and non thermal insulation filter. The thermal insulation laminated plate and frame filter is applicable to the problem of crystallization due to low liquid temperature in pharmaceutical and fine chemical filtration.
6 This machine can be used for coarse filtration, decolorization, decarburization, thermal insulation, deep filtration, semi fine filtration, and fine filtration with large flow. 6 Polypropylene filter membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, stainless steel screen, nylon screen, etc. can be selected as filter materials, and qualified consumables can be selected according to users.
